The year 2025 is getting closer, so it's time to sum up this year and make plans for the next one! Let's be honest, this year was full of not only achievements but also significant challenges, both external and internal.
The Tranzzo team has expanded the range of services, upgraded the technical quality of products, and, of course, strengthened its position in the international fintech market.
This article is our farewell letter to 2024 and a warm welcome to the new year of 2025.
Our cooperation with the national supermarket chain VARUS actually started in 2023. However, due to the high performance, our partnership was extended to 2024.

The introduction of the affiliate program and optimization of convenient payment methods, such as automatic withdrawal and payment by link, increased the number of payments on the VARUS website by 150%, and the average check increased by 19%.

In the summer of 2024, we also visited Amsterdam for one of the most anticipated events in the fintech industry. Our team exchanged cases and ideas with other leading companies, which brought us invaluable experience.

We did not miss any opportunities to tell more about our innovative products. Yulia Vitryak, Head of Partnership at Tranzzo, spoke about the popularity of white-label solutions among businesses and their impact on the global market. Our team also joined a panel discussion on technological innovations in Fintech and the current needs of the industry.

In September, we attended the conference of the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies. The event was dedicated to sustainable financial models for small and medium-sized businesses in the context of war and post-war recovery.

Our CEO, Margarita Ochigava, was a speaker at the panel discussion ‘Using Cloud Services in Critical Conditions and Their Role in Business Resilience.’ She shared her experience on how companies can overcome challenges and remain stable using cloud technologies.

Margarita was also an online speaker at the FinYear conference organized by the Ministry of Finance. As part of the expert panel discussion, Rita discussed the development of neobanks and payment systems in wartime, highlighting the key challenges and prospects for the financial industry.
This year, we presented our stand for the first time at one of the most high-profile iGaming and technology events of the year — the SiGMA World Summit in Malta.
For us, it was not only a chance to get inspired and learn about the latest trends but also an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and find new ways of development.

This victory was made possible thanks to the support of our customers and partners and, most importantly, thanks to our incredible team, whose hard work and dedication are the foundation of this achievement.
Margarita Ochigava, CEO of Tranzzo, has become a valid symbol of success and innovation in the fintech industry. Her contribution to the company's development and support for Ukraine has been widely recognized: this year, she was named one of the TOP 50 most influential women in fintech for the second time.
As CEO, she introduced advanced white-label solutions that greatly simplified the launch of card processing for businesses. Her strategic vision gave Tranzzo the ‘Best Payment Provider’ award and entered the TOP-100 IT companies supporting Ukraine.
In addition, Margarita shares her 10 years of experience as a mentor on the PRJCTR Mentorship platform. Her mentoring sessions have become a unique opportunity to improve team management skills and learn how to launch projects quickly.
In March 2024, Tranzzo introduced a new payment widget that allows customers to make payments directly on the merchant's website without going to a separate page. This solution increases conversion rates by up to 25%, simplifies integration, and supports popular payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Another Tranzzo update that optimized the payment process for our customers is recurring payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay. This feature simplifies the payment process to two clicks, increasing conversion rates by up to 20%.
The absence of the need to enter card details reduces the number of abandoned shopping carts and minimizes the risk of payment refusal. Thanks to simple API integration, businesses get quick access to this convenient solution, and the Tranzzo team customizes additional features.
This year, Tranzzo has also completed integration with the Wix platform, providing website owners with new payment options. Wix users can now choose from three payment options:
Connection is made in a few simple steps in the Wix dashboard and Tranzzo merchant portal, providing convenience and flexibility in setting up payment methods.
This year, we also presented an updated checkout designed for the convenience of customers on any device.
Thanks to the one-column design, the payment process has become intuitive, and the function of automatic transition between card data fields speeds up the filling of details. Checkout adapts to any screen size, keeping the interface clean, and offers a modern, compact design to collect the necessary information.
Managing settings is even easier through the merchant portal's customizer, allowing businesses to personalize the customer experience and deliver a high-quality of service.
