Categories of prohibited products, services and activities 

1. Weapons

1.1. Any weapon that requires a license/permit from authorised government agencies.

That applies to the following:

  • firearms;
  • pneumatic weapons;
  • blade weapons;
  • electroshock weapons;
  • pepper sprays;
  • fireworks;
  • ammunition;
  • explosive materials;
  • parts to any weapon.

1.2. Exceptions

Household knives and sports equipment (bows, crossbows, throwing and other equipment) are allowed. In that case, every product should go with the expert evaluation/certificate, showing that it is not a cold weapon.

2. Pornography and sex services

  • Sale of pornographic materials of any kind, child pornography and other materials that involve under-aged are strictly forbidden.
  • Escort services and prostitution are also prohibited.

3. Drugs and illegal substances of any kind

  • narcotic (intoxicating) and psychotropic substances;
  • chemicals used for their production;
  • hallucinogenic plants, mushrooms and products made from them;
  • poisons;
  • any instructions for the manufacture of the above-mentioned substances and products.

6. Financial or payment tools 

Accounting systems that do not provide proper identification of the owner are prohibited. That is important to combat illegal trade, financial fraud, money laundering and legalisation of unlawfully obtained funds.

7. Lotteries, gambling, betting

Any activities related to the organisation of lotteries, gambling and betting are classified as prohibited ones in the countries where such activities are illegal.

8. Medicines

You aren’t allowed to sell: prescription drugs and their components, unlicensed dietary supplements and instructions for their production.

9. Equipment for spying and illegal trespassing

9.1. Equipment for covert video and audio surveillance, information capturing from technical communication channels (invisible earphones, keyring spy cameras, glasses with built-in cameras, watches with cameras, etc.); equipment to control the movement of vehicles and other objects.

9.2. Things for secret trespassing and inspection of premises, vehicles and other objects; means for opening locking devices.

10. Any activities with signs of fraud or deception

That applies to the following: 

  • financial pyramids;
  • network marketing;
  • fortune-teller/psychics services;
  • paid sports forecasts. 

11. Counterfeit or poor-quality products

That applies to the following:

  • illegal/pirated audio and video recordings;
  • copyright infringement activities;
  • objects intended to remove copyright protection or regional restrictions;
  • counterfeit goods;
  • fake designer products, replicas;
  • fake medicines;
  • forged banknotes, coins or stamps.  

12. Cryptocurrency activities

They include acquisition, exchange and sale of cryptocurrency and other analogues of virtual currencies; ICO investment projects and their variants.

13. Offensive materials

Any materials that contain scenes of violence and cruelty or trigger racial, national or religious hatred.

14. Reputation risk activities

Any activities or products that possess reputation risks to payment service providers and payment systems.

15. Documents and their forms 

  • passports, id-cards and other identification documents (valid or recognised by any state);
  • student's record books, diplomas, student cards;
  • pass-tickets, travel cards, personalised event tickets;
  • permissions, certificates, licenses, transport documents;
  • issued (activated) SIM cards.

16. Advertising of prohibited goods/services/activities that are listed above in paragraphs 1-15.
