Adult content and services

The sale of a product or service, including an image, literature, video, hentai, computer-generated images, cartoons, simulation, subscription website access, streaming video, and videotape and DVD rentals and sales, which is patently offensive and lacks serious artistic value (such as, by way of example and not limitation, images of nonconsensual sexual behavior, sexual exploitation of a minor, nonconsensual mutilation of a person or body part, bestiality, non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part, obscene materials) or any other material that the can be deems unacceptable to sell


Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act (2257 regulations) violation

The sale of a product or service, mobile app, subscription website access, streaming video, any access to the information, that directly or indirectly violated whatever part of Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act (2257 regulations)


Cryptocurrencies-based services

Merchants that provide investment on future maturity goods/services with an intention of gaining return on investment and pre-order goods/services under development. For this category are not include: travel related services, hotels with early booking, membership services (e.g., magazine subscriptions), ticket sales to future events, crowdfunding.

Gambling, betting, lottery

Betting, including Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, OffTrack Betting, and Wagers at Race Tracks.

2. Independent credit rating report;

Organizations which objective is not obtaining any profit, benefit, gain, growth of actives. Also included are public charities, religious, scientific, research, or educational settings.

Travel-Related Arrangement Services

Merchants that sell travel-related arrangement services via outbound telemarketing methods in which the merchant initiates contact with the consumer through direct mail, advertising, or other direct marketing methods requiring consumer response in an attempt to generate a sale. Also included are discount travel clubs and subscription services or newsletters from which subscribers select prepackaged trips; these often require an annual membership fee that may be billed to the cardholder’s account each year until canceled by the cardholder or the merchant.

Online Storage or File-Sharing Services

Users of the Merchant or Merchant’s service are rewarded for uploading, downloading, or sharing content. The Merchant or promotes online content by distributing URL codes or forum codes to individuals or third parties. There is a link-checker on the Merchant website, allowing individuals to check whether a link has been disabled in order to re-upload content that has previously been removed.
Additional requirements:
1. Registration in Mastercard Registration Program or VISA High-Brand Risk Merchant Registration and payed registration fees;
2. Merchant cancels the contract of individuals that have uploaded illegal content, and ensure that those individuals cannot upload any content in the future; Merchant gathers enough information about individuals that use their service to identify them to law enforcement authorities if they upload illegal content;
3. Merchant Implement a process for reviewing, removing, and reporting illegal or prohibited content and prevents individuals who have uploaded illegal or prohibited content from uploading any content in the future Merchant report all illegal content to the relevant authorities based on the local laws governing the country in which any of the following apply:
– The Merchant has its Merchant Outlet.
– The illegal content is stored.
– The illegal content is uploaded and/or downloaded.
