Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of IT recruitment experience;
  • Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
  • Strong experience in closing IT positions (Senior developers, TOP-level);
  • Ability to close opened positions in cut terms;
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
  • Focus on results.

  • Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, conducting interviews, preparation, and support of Job Offers;
